Special Delivery: Paddles the Platypus Arrives in Plattsburgh

It's a Platypus-in-the-boxOne of my favorite creatures is the platypus. While I have collected several fine platypuses over the year, my all-time favorite is the purple platypus named Paddles - a retired Ty pillow pal.

I was absolutely thrilled to find another one of these creatures on eBay.  I only have one, and there is just something whimsical about a smiling purple creature. Today, I was pleasantly surprised to see this smiling face pop out of his box to say hello.
